The automotive PCB Board is used in video display devices. The FR -
4 based PCB is a 2 layers printed circuit board with only 1.2 mm
board thickness. While its copper thickness is 1 OZ/ 35 µm, and the
minimum aperture of the automotive PCB board is 0.4 mm and the line
width and space are 0.15 mm.
