The Automotive printed circuit board is applied for intelligent
driving support system. The FR - 4 based automotive PCB board is 4
layers with only 1.0 mm board thickness. While its copper thickness
is 1 OZ/ 35 µm, and the minimum aperture is 0.25 mm and the line
width and space are 0.1 and 0.09 mm.
