Four Layers Immersion Gold PCB Board for Automotive Components
The 4 layers PCB is made FR4 raw material with finish board
thickness of 1.6 mm. And it line width and sapcing both are
0.076mm, with green solder mask and immersion gold (ENIG) surface
finish.
